The MVM mixers distinguish themselves by their high level of quality and flexibility to be expected from a MULLERUP product. The MVM mixers are stationary TMR mixers built on the vertical princple gentle on the natural structure of the feed. The MVM mixers cut up all bale types, being round or square and consisting of straw, hay or silage, long or precision-chopped. In other words, MVM is able to mix different types of feed mixes. Minimum wear and minimum maintenance costs are obvious MVM characteristics.

The MVM mixers are available in sizes 6,5 m3 - 30 m3 complete with motor unit, mixing trough, and belt elevator.

The complete feeding system from one manufacturer
The MVM quality mixers are an integrated part of the complete feeding system Mix & Carry for large herds. However, the MVM mixers can also be integrated with the feeding systems Free Stall Feeder and Smart Feeder. 

High, but gentle activity level
The tall auger with many windings ensures a high level of mixing activity. Complete mixing is achieved as there are no blind corners at the side door. The powerful elevator results in reliable and almost noiseless operation as the conveyor belt is based on tandem pull. 

Safety
A strong ladder and a large platform allow optimum access for inspection of the mixing in process. The technical compartment protects all electronic and hydraulic equipment.

Minimum maintenance
The strong auger bearing consists of 2 large conical roller bearings in oil bath. This means maximum support, minimum friction and minimum maintenance.
