A flexible solution
The MULLERUP Hydroflex scraper system is used for manure removal in open channels or on slats. The system can be adjusted to run manually as well as automatically. Each of the up to 6 channels can thus be operated individually. The channels can have variable length and width. The Hydroflex system can be integrated into almost all housing types.

Animal-friendly system
The design of rail and scraper is gentle on hooves. The pull rail has no hot spots and the scrapers are designed without any sharp edges. 

Scrapers for open channels or for slatted floors
Hydroflex is available with wing scrapers for open channels or slat scrapers for use on slats. All scrapers are easy to adjust and fit to the present conditions. MULLERUP scrapers are fitted with special rubber that effectively removes the manure. 

Reduction of ammonia evaporation
To improve housing climate through reduction of ammonia and manure gases in the air, MULLERUP has in close partnership with Perstrup Beton Industri A/S developed special scrapers for the floor. The scrapers are fitted onto the Hydroflex system.

The concept consists of a floor element with drain channels and a scraper. This combination drains quickly the liquid manure and scrapes the floor dry. The new MULLERUP scraper type with a "scraping finger" of plastic fits the Perstrup floor.   Read more about Hydroflex for Perstrup floors
