A flexible system
The MULLERUP HYDRODOX manure compressor is designed for manure removal in cattle and pig houses. The HYDRODOX system consists of a hydraulic pump unit, a scraper system installed in gutter channels or in manure channels driven by one or more hydraulic cylinders, and one HYDRODOX with a piston device to thrust the manure out into the manure disposal pit. 

The most powerful thrust on the market
The HYDRODOX is designed with a strong construction with the most powerful thrust on the market. A conical pressure chamber doubles the thrust in the end phase.   

Closed system
Due to its design HYDRODOX reduces nuisances from odour and flies and results in a minimum of ammonia evaporation and leaching from the manure heap.  Covering of the channel and non-return flap ensures a tight construction without draught from manure channels or access for vermin. 

Solid or liquid manure
HYDRODOX is suitable for solid manure with a large straw quantity as well as liquid manure. The MULLERUP HYDRODOX manure compressor system can be equipped with 8 different outlet discharge types to the manure disposal pit, taking the manure consistency and the customer's requirements into consideration.

The system is available with a separation grid that efficiently separates liquid manure from the manure.
