FILLING EQUIPMENT
The idea behind the
Mullerup feeders is that many feed mixes are made daily to be dispensed
several times daily. Having more than one daily mix and not increasing
the workload at the same time requires access to different feed hoppers
from which the feeder can automatically load the feed. In general,
these feed
hoppers are to be filled only once daily.
Module
Magazine MM8
The MM8 modular magazines can be built together with the other feeding
products from Mullerup and in this way make a complete feeding system.
The MM8 magazine can be extended proportionally to the expanding herd.
The
sideplates are made of waterresistant stainless material and the bottom
is stainless steel with a strong heat treated chain. The
MM8 magazine has
adjustable legs for fitting different angles. Various types of optional
equipment can be added depending on the model and need, for example
reversing and operating the bottom chain by remote control during the
loading operation.

SILAGE
HOPPER
M16
For automatic silage
dosing. It holds up to 16m3 precision-chopped silage or alternatively
cut straw. The M16 silage hopper has a simple and robust construction
consisting of an inclining stainless steel bottom and a two-piece bottom
chain driven by a 2.2 kW gear motor.
The frame and the side plates are
of two-component steel. The M16 hopper is equipped with a beater drum on top
of the outlet.

SILAGE
HOPPER M7
M7 is a hopper for automatic silage dosing. It holds up
to 7m3 precision-chopped silage or alternatively cut straw, by-products,
green and beet pellets, etc.
The M7 hopper is a simple and robust
construction, consisting of an inclining stainless steel bottom with a
bottom chain driven by a 2.2 kW gear motor. The frame and the side
plates are of two-component painted steel. The hopper is available with
a beater drum on top of the outlet.

STRAW DOSING EQUIPMENT
For automatic straw dosing of big bales or
alternatively grass bales. It consists of a Bale unroller with a 7.5 kW motor and a loading elevator. As extra equipment
a loading table of 2, 3, or 4 m is available.
WATER
DOSING EQUIPMENT
For automatic water dosing. The
equipment consists of spray jets and a solenoid valve. Dosing of water
can, in some cases, profitably be used to obtain the optimum dry matter
contents percentage (%DS).
MOLASSES
DOSING EQUIPMENT
For automatic molasses dosing. The
equipment consists of a 0.75 kW pump and a set of special valves closing
with minimum post dripping.
MINERAL
HOPPER
For automatic mineral dosing. The
equipment consists of a galvanized 70 l container, including ø75mm 3m
flex auger and 45° bend.
