Flexible solution for cattle and pig houses
The Mullerup cable system D70 and D100 is used for removal of manure containing small quantities of precision-chopped straw in cattle and pig houses, in open channels as well as on and below slats. 

The definitely strongest wire pull on the market 
The system is driven by a gear motor with a drum that pulls the scraper backwards and forwards with a wire. With its 0.55 kW strong gear motor this power unit is optimised for operating up to 8 scrapers per power unit. For this power unit we use 10 mm stainless steel wire. Length of stroke is max. 70 m for D70 and 100 m for D100, but if applying more scrapers one after another the system can work in longer channels. 

Long life
The corner rollers with their large diameter (380 m) are designed with a view to protect the stainless wire. On the drum the wire is led in a nylon guide running on a stainless spindle. This means that the wire only winds up in one layer. Wire protection in the floor optimises the stainless wire life. 

Animal welfare
Due to its optimised and accommodated speed of only 1.8 m/min. the  system is the most animal friendly system on the market. Constant slow moving speed ensures a calm cow house environment and minimises the risk for injuries to the cows and their hooves. 

Scrapers
D70/D100 is available with e.g. delta scrapers with or without end scrapers for open channels with concrete flooring or with slat scrapers for use on slats and with scrapers for use below slats.
